Method of preparation: Mix 1 portion (35 g – 3 scoops) with 100-200 ml of water. Drink immediately after preparation.
Recommended use: Training day: take 1 to 3 servings daily (morning when you wake up, after training and at bedtime) . Non-training day: take 1-3 servings. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the compounds in the product.
