HOW TO USE

OPTION 1 -Ergogenic Objectives- :

• LOADING PHASE**: Take 12 capsules/day during the 3 or 6 days prior to the competition divided into 3 doses of 4 capsules (PeakLite) each (4/4/4), accompanied by water .
• COMPETITION: On the day of the competition consume 1 PeakLite capsule every hour and a half of exercise (per).

OPTION 2 -Replacement and/or Electrolytic Maintenance-:

• Take 3 capsules with water 30min before exercise or competition and 1 cap. every hour of exercise.

(**) To avoid adaptation and the consequent loss of the Ergogenic Effect, the electrolytic charging phase (OPTION 1) cannot be used beyond 12 consecutive days.
